Pecan Crusted Salmon- Wild salmon fillet is dredged in chopped pecans, pan-seared in olive oil, and accompanied by dijon mashed potatoes and garlic green beans.

Avocado Chicken- Pan seared chicken breast drizzled with an avocado vinaigrette and served on a bed of braised collard greens, grape tomatoes, and roasted sweet potatoes.  Sprinkled with sliced almonds.

Peppered Dijon Steak- A pan-seared NY strip steak crusted with fresh ground black pepper and finished with a dijon red wine sauce.  Served with herb roasted yukon gold potatoes and bacon braised Brussels sprouts.

Orange Ancho Shrimp- Sauteed shrimp tossed in a spicy and sweet orange ancho glaze and served over Asian rice noodles with sesame broccoli.

Cinnamon Spiced Pork Chop- Boneless center-cut pork loin rubbed with a cinnamon spice mixture and drizzled with an apple reduction, accompanied by asiago mashed potatoes and roasted butternut squash.

Salsa Baked Trout- A delicate trout fillet brushed with tomato salsa and baked so the flavors soak through.  Served with a sautéed of seasoned jasmine rice, black beans, and corn.

Peaches and Honey Chicken- Chunks of chicken breast simmered in a tasty sauce of peaches, honey, and soy sauce.  Served with cilantro rice and sautéed vegetable medley.

Thai Basil Veggie Stir-Fry- Snow peas, carrots, broccoli, celery, onion and peppers tossed in a sweet and slightly spicy Thai basil sauce.  Served over steamed brown rice.

Berry Balsamic Beef- Flavorful sirloin steak seared and drizzled with a balsamic berry glaze, served with roasted asparagus, onions and sweet potatoes.

Moroccan Mahi Mahi- Cumin and fennel dusted mahi mahi fillet is pan- seared and served over tomato, artichoke heart, and feta quinoa.

Cranberry Sage Chicken- Pan seared chicken breast topped with a chunky cranberry sage chutney and accompanied by lemon basmati and steamed broccoli.

Roasted Poblano Rellenos- Stuffed with mashed potatoes and Monterey Jack cheese and smothered with silky tomato jalapeno salsa.  Accompanied by hazelnut quinoa.
